第一，确认时间太延迟，最后取消订单换了一个房型最终才确认。
第二，设施太差劲，还不如四星酒店的设施好，床头没便利充电器、没一次性刮胡刀、热水来得太慢、洗发水沐浴露很差，毫无档次感，房间没有基本的消费物品，必须打电话叫送，体重秤也是坏的。
第三，中午12店前必须退房，而且无电话提醒是否继续入住还是退房。
第四，装牙刷的抽屉里还有琐碎的头发。
有史以来入住体验最差的一晚。
本人从来不刻意差评，可是这次我不能不差评。

酒店最大最大的问题就是空调.这么热的天.酒店抠门到要到下午三点半以后才开空调.**…900多一晚的酒店这种管理模式我也是无语到极点.以后不会再选择入住

健身和泳池都在维护，很遗憾。入住两天都没有热水，维修一直修不好，还不给换房间，房务中心和前台一直敷衍拖沓，晚上弄了2个小时才得到所谓领导同意，换了房间，极差！

环境很好，距离机场比较近，打车20分钟，就是去市区有点远，附近有万科广场等购物吃饭的地方，周围也有好多饭店，非常方便
