高考给孩子定的。入住的时候人多，前台却人少；结果办理的时候不按排队顺序，我先来的，却先办理一个员工的2个房间。催了一下，一直让我等会儿，就等了半个多小时。直到后面不耐烦，发了一句脾气才给办理。入住后，服务还是很不错的。退房当天，为了让孩子中午能休息，给前台说了一下2:30再退房，酒店马上就答应了，总体评价还是很不错的。
