老牌酒店 硬件不错 软件有待提高 特别是这个前台接待 态度冷淡 查半天说没有我的订单 再三说了下订的三个名字还是说没有！那种眼神！好像我是乡巴佬上城不会订房搞错酒店了！！更离谱的是竟交我自己打电话跟携程交涉！是否接待大牌领导多了，我这种小市民不值得好好接待？我订三间豪华客房连订四晚都是小意思？

不错，很不错，就是附近在搞基建，影响了使用 酒店硬件设施不错，客房卫生及服务都好，前台服务有些工作人员的业务水平需要提高。酒店交通方便，购物方便，用餐也方便，西餐有待提高。整体来说不错，值得推荐，价格也实惠

老酒店了，设施陈旧！卫生用品毛巾比较差！酒店周边没什么商业，门外不远有地铁在修，门口还有楼房在建！交通和购物都不方便！
