整体设施不错！食堂餐厅卫生条件很好，可能是?????也在这里吃饭的原因吧！电视不好用电话让人来维修结果就没有结果了！服务有待加强啊！

1，标识不清，打的是＂贵航酒店＂。2、明明大厅就有自助售货机，总台硬指一个千米之外的便利店。3⃣️、免费早餐够难吃。4⃣️、只有一床超厚的被子，热死人，也没配一床毯子。5、最可气的是退房时，杯子明明放桌上，服务员硬说摔了一个。

首先，出机场找来找去也找不到。打电话也不告诉我听他们打的标志是＂贵航酒店＂。害得我找了半天也找不到。进了酒店告之我2⃣️个房不能在一层。等我要退一间又可以在一层。被子太厚了，没有配一床毯子。问总台去哪买方便面，总台指了一个千米之外的便利店，等我回来才发现大厅就有自助机。总之就是各种不满意。
