位置挺方便，去市中心不远。酒店很新。唯一的问题是服务太差了，感觉基本都没有培训就上岗了。第一天顶了豪华大床房，第二天想换套房问前台被告知没有了，但从希尔顿app却可以订到，第二天游玩一天想回到套房浴缸泡澡，回到房间后发现套房标配的浴缸进入房间却没有浴缸，房间在三楼，对面都是棚户区，房间有纱帘遮光帘按钮，按了之后才发现甚至没有安装遮光帘，不知道验收是怎么验收的，行李半个小时都拿不到房间。感觉贵阳这边普遍缺乏服务意识，前台一问三不知。
