不满意，因行程突然有变化，入住不了，经客服协调也不行，一定要扣房费，一点都不人性化。如果说存心不入住怎么会提前支付房费？特殊情况不能特殊处理？其他五星酒店也会酌情处理，你家就不可以，再不会入住，也不推荐

和朋友来贵阳玩，入住了希尔顿花园酒店，洒店位置交通方便，到前台很快办理了入住，进入房很有家的感觉，房间内设施配套齐全，迷你吧冰箱内配置齐全，房间内的透气窗是一亮点可以呼吸到大自然的空气，真是很好的一次入住体验，一定要推荐给家人和朋友。
