提前在艺龙预定该家标准间 但是在我16日早上退房离店时 竟然告诉我没有和艺龙有任何协议 根本不能使用20元的优惠券 由于早上赶时间出发也就没有办法和他们进行理论了 之前和艺龙几次电话联系预定好了也是确认过的 有种上当受骗的感觉 对艺龙旅行网和贵州华城大酒店信誉度很是失望 有些气愤 标准间的门市价格就是198元 和艺龙的优惠价格一样 根本没有优惠 以后绝不会在该家酒店入住了

酒店总体不错，出游办事交通方便，服务也可以。卫生本来不错，就因为地毯太旧了，可能没办法搞干净，就有不舒服的感觉。
