服务差的一塌糊涂，办入住和退房花了很长的时间，并且不按照顺序。不发火都不引起重视。房间很小，设施也不好，前台服务员素质太差！

酒店位置非常好，贵阳老城区正中心，出行方便，门口1路、2路可直达黔灵山公园、贵州博物馆，8路、9路等乘2站即到甲秀楼。房间很干净，床也舒服，洗浴的都是拉芳，还送水果小饼。推荐入住！
