前台业务完全不熟悉，艺龙是一个垃圾app，让我交押金可以免押金闪入住，结果酒店说没有，我投诉了，客服说和酒店勾通了让我下去退押金，我本来想快点、简单点，结果全相反，你没说好收我什么押金，并客服态度及差。
