作为一个价位1000左右的五星酒店，我非常不满意。客房服务人员对服务项目不熟悉，咨询她们自己写在手册上的服务内容也不清楚；同事在床上发现虫子，半个多小时酒店人员才来处理；浴缸很小，浴室设计也就是3星酒店的水平；位置一般，晚饭后走回酒店的路黑黢黢的怪吓人。总之这个价位非常不值。
