车位充足，免费停车。房间是1904号，内部设施嘛，比较老旧，洗漱用品廉价。房间卫生还行，床单被套都很干爽。由于紧靠瑞金北路和北京路，虽然安装了双层玻璃，隔音效果并不佳，晚上还是会有一些噪音，好在一般影响不太大。周边吃饭很方便。到黔灵山公园比较近。如果自驾游，强烈推荐。
