酒店服务真心很好，尤其是前台的一个高高，稍胖的男生，很耐心、细心。入住时遭艺龙摆个乌龙，定的三个标间，全部让酒店留的大床房，与艺龙沟通，竟然让我自己去前台解决、多出来的钱让我开了发票、他们给报销，根本不是解决问题的态度，很生气。后来还是前台的男生帮忙解决了问题，非常感谢！态度超好，都想给他留个表扬信了。
