设备差，开始发现电吹风是坏的，换了个备用的；然后发现烧开水的设备也是坏的，无语；到了晚上又发现墙角的中央空调风道密封差，声音大而且有强烈的低频共振声，无法忍受只能关了空调睡觉。服务差，因计划第二天清早就出去晚上才能回，找服务员续房，结果服务员态度非常野蛮，说不给续，质问他为什么不在开房时说明此房间不能续，默认都是可以直接续房的，他便以网络下单为由狡辩，争执中说到如果我们没有提前来续房，第二天早上出去了，他说必须中午赶回退房，如果赶不回来，他们会收拾我们的东西把房间空出来！第一次见识如此野蛮的酒店！唯利是图到这样的地步！客人的私人行李说收拾就收拾吗？这就是这个小酒店的真实面目，极不尊重客户！当然我们也不可能续房了，有钱在手还怕没地方住吗？另外这店里的毛巾都稀烂的了，床上用品是从真友缘酒店拿来的二手货，枕头是扁的，背面的标是 真友缘酒店！这么省成本也是醉了！

设施不错，智能化不高，卫生较好，服务不错，周边很热闹，就是有些拥堵，去花果园湿地公园很方便。总体还是很好的。

还可以吧，家庭房一个房间有空调，另一个没有，只能开着门才能都凉快一些，两个房间共用一个大窗户。早餐能吃饱，面条不错
