满意的是房间卫生，环境不错。不满意的是这家酒店是和多家酒店共用，出租车司机说是炮楼，花这么多钱住多家酒店共用的炮楼，心里感觉怪异。性价比不值得。下次不会选择。

最让我不满意的是在写字楼里，里面各种酒店、饭店、ktv...安全极低，旁边是打扫房间阿姨的厨房，万一起火，后果不堪设想；还有就是卫生堪忧，房间里到处是小苍蝇，不符合丽枫的要求，我们第一天就在打苍蝇中度过，对于快捷酒店来说将近500的价位这个条件有点高，性价比低。

几点体会，供大家参考:1.在密度很大的商务楼栋上，多家酒店分别包了几层，高层，电梯也慢，没有传统集中酒店体验不好；2.进门就有一股尿臊味，味道太大了，不能忍。可能是换气通风不行，还有楼下饭店的饭菜味；3.临街比较炒；4.WiFi不好，在房间4g信号也没有，出差最大困扰，电视也看不了；5.房间不算小，大小合适。好在换房了，上面问题基本解决。6.前台开票小妹服务不错。但说一句大实话，服务质量要跟上，大晚上的到店，叫了两次服务员，折腾到1点钟才睡觉。说实话，相对379元的房价，性价比差好多，虽然我能报销。还在贵阳住两天，果断换酒店了。这是这个价位我住店体验最差的一次没有之一。另外希望大部分住客评价客观，不刻意打击好的服务和硬件，也不要故意好评。为他人也是为自己，我很怀疑这个好评率。
