酒店陈设已旧，够宽敞。住了2间2晚。11月14号住到16号退房。房号为710.702.申请返现失败，一间根本都没有返现，只提示已离店。另一间返现根本都没有成功。邮箱几次问艺龙。都是得不到争取正确解决。酒店还行。艺龙服务不好。不再相信艺龙的所谓返现。

房间够大。卫生OK 就是结账时没有重新刷卡。预付款不是要重新刷卡确定吗？预定了2间。为什么只有一间返现，另一间变成取消了呢？

这个房间比邻一个小学，工作日有点吵，晚上有工地样敲击声，不过把玻璃关起来会好很多

酒店在一个狭窄的巷道里，第一次入住找到非常困难。房间里有点冷，隔壁咳嗽声都听的非常清晰，淋浴的水还是非常舒服的，早餐就更加不敢恭维了，没有什么可以选择的（米线 稀粥 馒头。。。）。前台的服务还是非常热情的，郁闷的是房间内的环保袋3元一个，花了我6元
