原本订的是大床房 到店后给了我一个双人间 还不能退 让我自己找客服 客服也不给退 最后只能入住 房间灯光不行 采光也差 被子上面还有油啧 热水特别少 出水也慢 洗发露和沐浴露都没有正规的容器来装 直接用一个饮料瓶来装 完全分不清是沐浴露还是洗发露 前台的服务态度更不用说了 我房卡忘带了 叫他给我开门 他问我为什么不早说 我要早知道会忘记 还用你来讲？ 反正 差评 大差评
