还没有退房呢就把房间锁啦！而且不能开通，只能让服务员开，去问前台她说你们今天退房因此不能用自己的卡！她们规定的时间是13点退房！前台说等服务员开开门，等了半天服务员也没来，东西还在房间呢！很差
