设施挺新的，特别是有私人影院，观影效果非常好。酒店位置在花果园区，特别乱。不过吃东西倒是挺方便的，周边有很多小饭店。装修标准大概准四星吧。地下有停车场，地方很大，可以免费进出一次。酒店大堂在24层，也就是m层。酒店的标志在外面还不好找。不过上来了以后有别有洞天的感觉。

住过这么多酒店，没见过这么奇葩的，进门一堵墙，以为是柱子，转过来一看是冲凉间，卫生间和洗浴间完全透明，毫无遮挡，就在床边上，躺在床上身体发痒，最后没办法，穿衣睡觉。另外提醒一点，订他们家酒店最好到前台再下单，很可能一分钟一个价，艺龙也不会再用服务太差！

这也许是我住过最垃圾的酒店。半夜23.48前台打电话过来。睡着了也被他叫醒了，******，第二天退房问为什么12点多打电话。他还有理说不是12点，才11点多吧。一句对不起也不说。房间时不时有人敲门，送小卡片。不知道哪些给好评的是怎么给的。
