在酒店重装整改前，不推荐此酒店。目前的情况是：1、不安全，本人所住的房间窗户无防盗窗，而且玻璃无锁，门不能反锁；2、脏，地毯暗淡无鲜色；3、设备陈旧，卫生间风扇开关失灵，扇了一夜，毛巾架快掉了，毛巾更是旧的不行；4、早餐单调，味道差。餐厅的装修旧，让人觉得没有胃口；5、贵，鉴于以上情况，价格还是那么贵。也许其他房间好些，但是我住过的这一间就这个样子，早餐是绝对的差，吃过的人应该都有体会。希望聚鑫酒店早日焕然一新！

离出差的地方最近，酒店只值艺龙的预订价。艺龙预订并得到对方确认后到店，居然没有留房——因适逢某会，团体客户较多，就忘了（故意？）照顾散客？艺龙还不错，跟其交涉了一下，对方先说在附近帮我联系一家，但因携带行李较多不方便而被我们拒绝。努力了一下，换了一个大床房，免费加了一折叠床，虽然房间变窄小了，但起码两大男人不用挤一大床了。所以虽然折腾了一番，还得没增加太多麻烦。
