楼层服务员很懒，房间垃圾大堆，床头柜，电视机，电话机，一层灰，只做表面功夫。
当天下去接待的前台女服务员态度不错，第二天退房前台差到极致，又慢又啰嗦，开个发票疯了二十分钟，业务不熟练，废话太多。
定的特惠房没窗户隔音差，没办法换了标准大床168的价格房间小的老鼠洞一样，浴室玻璃开缝像像外漏水，空调遥控器坏的无法打开和关闭滴水滴一个晚上，wifi形同虚设，电视大雪花，出现问题后不给换房就让顾客理解，真的很可笑。
私人酒店就是私人酒店管理服务一团糟，夜间没有保安巡楼，一些人渣吵到四点多没人劝阻，直接没法休息。

地理位置不错，出行方便，房间只有一个面对内走廊开的小窗，无法看外面风景跟享受自然风，能感觉外面行人的走动，睡不太安稳老但心有人会推窗勾东西。手机连接不上网，只能开流量。住的三人间，房间不是很大，洗手间设计没有门，只有一块布帘，上厕所感觉不太好，起码不隔臭。别的设施卫生服务性价比什么还算过得去。酒店门口有家网红店，贵阳凯里酸烫鱼，好多人吃饭，建议别去吃，除了酸，什么味都没有。都是慕名而去，去的都说难吃。
