房间收费有点高，酒店总台服务还行，就是客房服务差，要个灭蚊器等了20多分钟也没送来，等不得出去后不知道什么时候送到房间。房间设施陈旧，早晨脚被床边磕破流血，叫服务员送创可贴，可是一直到血流停了都没送到，自己又忍痛到总台投诉，总台服务员为我消毒包扎。四星级的酒店为什么是这么差的服务，房子蚊虫多为什么不配灭蚊器，客房服务员素质低。希望四星级的酒店有四星级的服务和管理、有四星级的设施，不能只有四星级的收费。

酒店位于市中心，中华南路在修过街通道，交通有拥堵。酒店房间很宽敞，定的带270度观景落地窗的房，房间插座充足很人性。客房服务及时，非常好！酒店的中餐厅好吃不贵，不必晚上出去了。这家酒店值得推荐！
