总体性价比还是不错的。透气性不是太好，房间内虽然收拾整齐干净，烟味却很重。窗户，阳台不能打开，所以会导致有难闻气味，也不奇怪。大厦内接收不到4G信号，好在有WIFI，影响不大。服务态度极好，地理位置也相当不错，以后还会考虑入住。
