为国外来的朋友定的。在入住的5天中，朋友都对酒店员工亲切友好的服务、舒适大气的设施赞不绝口，并赞叹餐厅提供的早餐品种丰富又可口。wifi速度很快。退房时将笔记本电脑的电源线遗忘在房间，客房人员及时与客人取得联系，实在是太好了。酒店地段交通十分方便，闹中取静，绝对超值！

时隔一天后，安排几位领导再次入住这个酒店，一天后再次续房一天。总体还是推荐，但发现如下问题：一是前台男服务员反应慢，需要客人多次重复，接待人没有表情，不如几位女服务员；二是续房时没有为客人刷房卡，导致下午回酒店后进入不了房间，幸亏商务中心服务员Ann服务很好，主动帮我们刷了房卡；三是酒店周边没有大型超市、商场，购物不便。发现优点：一是酒店西餐厅24小时营业，很是让人惊喜；二是日常清洁很及时；三是领导第一天入住时，几间房没有热水，通知前台（好象是Chrry），晚上回来后就没问题了。
