老牌四星，设施有点老旧了，房间略小，但卫生打扫得很好，早餐丰盛，虽然比不上五星级酒店，但也干净美味，送了水果，知道有小朋友还送了小朋友拖鞋和巧克力威化饼干，服务员态度也很好。酒店地理位置不错，离黔灵山公园只有一站路，去二七路小吃街和甲秀楼都都公交车直达。

卫生标准太差! 准备用瓷杯泡茶，发现杯子都没清洁和更换，还有前面客人使用过的茶渍，没有任何说法只说忘记更换了，硬件陈旧，只有2电梯很拥挤，服务和卫生更不达标!

优点性价比高，适合第二天坐飞机的；缺点是前台服务人员没有经过培训，每一个人的话都不一样，提前几天打电话确认过送机时间，到店后居然否认，虽然这个事最后圆满解决，但是酒店管理上有漏洞，还有年轻短发服务人员居然因为这件事情克扣我们孩子的早餐，你们酒店应该有明确的规定，一把尺子对待所有的客人！
