酒店设施极好，房间干净。前台接待质量欠佳，一是办理入住的速度超慢，二是我明明订的是双床标间，问都不问一声直接给的大床房；三是已经在入住的时候已经提出希望两间房不要隔的太远，结果给的房一间在东北，一间在西南。这不是五星酒店该有的素质啊。

环境位置其实很好，无奈有个正对酒店的工地通宵达旦的施工，一晚上几乎没睡着。虽然不算酒店自身的问题，还是比较遗憾，有机会还是会去体验的。
