非常失望，做为一家五星级的酒店，服务太一般了。前台服务员业务不熟练，办理入住缓慢，酒店联系的跟团旅游货不对版，给客人的感受就是上被坑骗。但客房服务员很好，整理卫生规范高效，服务态度也很好，值得表扬！
