前台服务员态度差到极点，我也是做前台的，我就没遇到过这么牛逼的服务员，没带身份证这事是必不可免的，前台人员居然不提可以去公安局打个证明，直接不给开房，我申请退款退不了，服务员推卸责任这不在他的业务范围内，同样是做前台的。真为这个酒店感到悲哀

能不能给差评，天，太冷得不要不要的哦，我都怀疑我开的是假空调，吹一晚上到天亮，连洗澡都不敢洗，你们自己体会是有多冷，是家老酒店了，建议床上用品该换了，和火车站招待所的质量可以相媲美了哈！仅此一次。

我们被困电梯里，打电话给给前台还半天没人接，居然没有应急预案，现喊保安想办法，给我们的解释是电梯没电了，一点办法都没有，我都要准备打救援电话了，这么大个酒店电梯没充好电，对你们酒店真的失望。
