非常差，不仅酒店差，艺龙也不负责！定了两间房，到晚上了打电话原本是想告诉酒店要晚点过去，结果酒店告诉我有一间房没看到订单，现在已经满房了没办法… 我只想呵呵了 要是我不打电话问，可能到了酒店才知道！**！大周末的在旁边又有考试！特别烦！我朋友在去哪儿网上也定了一间房，也是一样的问题，最后她只有重新找房，大晚上到处找啊！不过去哪儿网就挺好，除了帮着取消订单退了房费139，还补偿她139。不像艺龙，打电话给他取消一间房的订单还扭扭捏捏的这样核实那样核实，感情我还欺骗你，骗你那100多的房费啊！房间也不太好，旧，没一次性拖鞋，连个充电插座都只有一个！！反正各种不满意！
