离市中心比较远的一家公寓式的酒店，在新区，不过离火车北站比较近，打车10分钟以内就可以到达。
附近都是高楼大厦，小区里估计有些店铺。
一房一厅，比较干净整洁，有点家的感觉，有别于普通的酒店。
总体来说，比起普通的酒店，这类公寓式酒店，比较新奇有趣，可以接受。

还可以，环境条件。但是，说免费停车场，与真实的事实不一致，真实的就是其楼下哟有一个收费停车场。收费还挺贵啊！
