房间太吵了，旁边有个KTV半夜还在唱歌还很大声，早上阳光照进房间没办法睡觉，窗帘遮光太差，还有人跳广场舞，简直无法啦

设施较全，周边商业店铺多，饮食水果小吃等都很方便，右行约一公里便是贵阳地标甲秀楼。就是受旁边皇家1号会所干扰很大，晚上10点左右起就有歌厅巨大的噪音传来，直到凌晨2，3点才止，影响睡眠。
