门卡取电接触不良，反复多次才有电。服务细节还需加强，比如头条房客要了电蚊香，第二天打扫时看到是否该有心做到及时更换蚊香片，或者送的时候多给两片而不是要客人每天打电话要求送蚊香片。别的同等级酒店能做到，相信温州大酒店也能。优点是床头的插座不错，很方便。

酒店位置便利，离喷水池大十字都不远，附近吃饭的地方也容易找。房间干净设施也不错，床品也干净。大堂在七楼，稍有不便。

酒店位置较好，离喷水池大十字都不远，附近吃饭的地方也容易找。自带停车场，自驾便利。房间干净设施也不错，床单被罩又新又干净，不错。早餐性价比略低。

位置很好，附近的味壹食堂价廉可口，还有一个超市。距离公交站只有几十米，出行方便。楼下有几家银行，取钱也方便。房间设施齐全，干净、安静。唯一遗憾是大堂的钢琴无人弹，也不允许我们弹。

总体感觉还不错，第二次入住这个酒店，在艺龙订了两个豪华标间，办理入住时告知没有房间了，不明白为什么没有房间要接这个订单呢？而且酒店大堂服务员态度还不是很友善，好像是我们顾客做错了似的！最后两个房间安排在两个楼层，其中一个还不是豪标的楼层（此酒店17-23层为豪标房间），在我的提示下才重新安排！希望酒店对顾客以诚相待！
