前台的服务特别差，东西掉在出租车上，司机师傅好心去前台问询我们的入住的房间，把电话号码留在前台方便找到司机，我去前台问询的时候前台并未提及此事，并说不知道，请问是脑子不记事呢？还是觉得麻烦呢，还是觉得和自己没关系呢、一点服务意思都没有，差评！！！
