服务员做卫生做的不干净，洗脸台上的头发都没有打扫，我在房间的时候两分钟就打扫完了。我去卫生间一看，洗发水也没补充，头发也没打扰

酒店用的纸巾，还是卷纸，一撕，全部都是粉末，问服务员再多要两卷，服务员还不给。楼道里滴水，也不处理，用一个大盆子接着。我也是无语了，地毯全部湿了。一股臭臭的味道
