这是我几年来在艺龙预定后最差的一次经历，酒店较偏好久才找到，既不能刷卡也不能开票，酒店内灯和马桶都是坏的，七点过去吃早餐，几乎是所剩无几。最生气的是，客人直接到酒店入住的话，比艺龙预定要便宜几十元。

酒店隔音太差，窗帘遮光不好，我住在理隔壁楼很近的地方，楼道的灯一晚上没熄，我也一晚上没睡。其他就没别的了，环境和服务都不错。
