这个酒店真的是一塌糊涂，房间的空调不能用，空调不能用开房的时候提前告知我们，住不住那就是我们的问题了，一个前台还一直狡辩说空调可以用，前台的服务员态度还不好，感觉像欠她似的，三四百块钱的酒店就是这样的服务和设施，我简直是不敢相信。
