隔音不好，入住房间隔壁有很多小孩子，一晚上都在过道旁边打闹奔跑，声音很大，小孩家长不管，服务员也不管，吵得人睡不着觉。

房间有严重霉味，地毯陈旧，电视机、电水壶上布满积尘，厕所地板光面瓷砖易滑，拖鞋材质差底板易滑，房间门隔音差（一层50间房的客人们说着话经过门口都能听到是多大的录音机），壁纸脱落咔吱响（让我担心是墙要塌），房间的安全锁连看了三间房都是坏的（可能是警察上门踹坏了）。早餐只有几个品种，而且8:39就连面条都不能煮了，只有白粥。地址邻一中，高考学生去住不怕塞车。旅游和出差还是不适合住，虽然订房有返费，但折算后价格任然偏高。它的设施和服务都只适合做“高考房”“会议定点房”。
