从我入住感觉来说，银达酒店是一家很不错的酒店，很喜欢风格，简约还不失大体，特别是飘窗的住起来真的好舒适，有小桌可以喝茶，观赏窗外的美景，价格也还可以接受，前台服务也好，我找不到打电话问，人家前台美女清清楚楚的给我讲解从什么地方可以方便到达酒店，找不到玩的地方，人家还给介绍去景点玩，介绍贵州的美食，可香了，非常感谢银达酒店给我们提供这么温馨舒适的入住环境，下次来贵阳还来银达

中央商务区每层变成一个酒店，除了香港也就是贵阳了，一幢楼出现无数个酒店，体验非常一般，没有宾至如归的感受

中央写字楼每层变成一个宾馆，除了香港也就是贵阳了，然后一幢楼变成无数个宾馆酒店，给人感觉非常不好，性价比很一般

位于贵阳花果园商务区，酒店卫生可以。但房间内的走廊灯是感应灯(是房间内，不是外面！)，整晚自行开、关，甚是奇葩！一晚没睡好。第二天和前台反映后，灯不再声控了，才能安睡。这种灯光设计不需要等客人发现才改正吧，感觉不太用心。周边比较方便，小吃店、超市都有，东西较贵。
