车堵在路上，打电话到酒店说晚到，酒店说没有我的订房信息，告诉我没房。折腾半天，后来在一楼走道边的房住下，换了房型，但是对于为什么会没房给我们没有任何说明。没窗，很闷，晚上下水道咕咚响，隔音效果不好，清早退房的人说话就像在门口说一样。第一次问几点退房时，前台说中午11点，等我不死心再去问时，告诉我下午1点。退房时想寄存行李，被告知不能寄存。退房后，收到信息说我没住，说明酒店没有及时反馈，管理混乱。
