垃圾，网速不行，时断时续，服务态度恶劣，说他们也不会修，他们很忙。到了时间去续房，说没有房间了，必须搬出去。没有任何告知说房间定出去了，必须退！

首先，服务态度很差！其次，房间设施一般般！被子有明显的脏兮兮的痕迹！然后就是隔音效果差！卫生间没有防滑垫！洗澡出来摔了一跤。
