酒店年代比较久了，不过卫生条件还可以，打扫也及时到位。在火车站附近，地理位置相当好，从贵阳出发的旅游大巴也大多在附近集合出发。距离二七路小吃街步行10分钟左右。不足之处是隔音效果还需提升，临街半夜还能听到明显的汽车声音。

酒店的卫生间挺干净，卫生用具质量还可以，不会太差。酒店门口有很多小吃，还是不错的，挺方便。不远的地方就是花果园了，市区最热闹的地方，什么都有。
