太垃圾了，从来没有住过这么br差的酒店，卫生一br般，纸巾不换，br热水限时供应，让酒店拿个袋子服务员都凶巴巴的说自己下去拿，态度非常恶劣，说有本事投诉经理，却不肯说投诉电话，希望有监管部门处理
