位于花果园一个商住两用综合体内，大概有七八栋楼，每栋楼44层左右，酒店占其中一层改造而成，单单5栋二单元就有七八家这样的酒店，整个小区内数十家。房间空间比较大，设施一般有点像经济型酒店，热水比较大，空调效率可以，关窗后晚上稍微还有点路边的声音但能接受。酒店无专用停车场，下午4点多驶入地下停车场（类似商场地下停车场）第二早9点多出收费42元。酒店楼下早餐餐厅众多，旁边是花果园商场有肯德基

位置很好，在花果园购物中心，吃饭购物都非常方便，房间挺大，榻榻米很赞啊，音响也很好用，听歌喝茶身心放松，宝宝在榻榻米上玩的也很开心，晚上就直接睡在榻榻米上了，可以防止宝宝滚下床，缺点就是隔音不是很好，晚上12点前楼下都有点吵，房间距离前台近，前台的电话铃声很大，房间里都能听到，总体来说性价比很高，值得入住
