早餐很垃圾，根本不配38块钱。前台服务人员总是哭丧个脸，跟顾客欠他钱似的。房间隔音效果极差，凌晨一点多，外面一帮老娘们儿喝多了耍酒疯，大吵大闹，吵醒后再也没睡着。

酒店在太阳岛风景区里，风景自然不用说，出行可以坐船或者乘空中缆车。酒店设施很一般，房间较简陋且小！没有无烟房，入住两晚被房间烟味熏的睡不着，马桶堵了工作人员弄了一地脏水非常恶心！房间不隔音，门是一层木板走路都能听见脚步声！！半夜会被服务员大声说话吵醒！！只带了根数据线发现房间没有USB接口，问前台是否租借充电器，明明前台有街电也不会告之！！就说没办法！！早餐非常差而且不卫生，已超越想象！因为是带孩子来参加国际象棋比赛，所以没去泡温泉！但是满酒店都充斥着一股浴池的霉味也是够了，不会再入住也不会推荐朋友入住！

这地方只适合过来泡泡池子 住千万别住！岛上交通不便要啥啥没有 这个可以理解 但是我这个房间死活没有热水 来修的师傅让我多放放...我放了好久也没有 最后只好去温泉那边洗澡了 哎 ...晚饭自助餐也不开 只能点菜 非常难吃 。然后大厅办理手续的人员也是爱理不理的 反倒收拾布草的阿姨们很好 反正这个地方不适合住 只适合玩
