房间设施到是很齐全，就是屋子太小啦，有点挤，但是非常干净，正好赶上过年房间促销有活动挺合适的，下次便宜还会去的，好评。

酒店位置好，设施还算新，唯一查房服务极差，本人电脑丢在酒店，退房没告诉我，后来给我的理由是当天退房的太多了，要知道我上午十点退房，一直到下午三点我自己打电话，酒店前台才承认丢了电脑在房间，期间酒店没有任何人联系我，服务不好

酒店在松北，去了很满意，酒店不错，干净卫生，主要是协和价钱真的超值乐，前台说是四星级的标准，确实是在哈市最没有被坑的一次，体验很完美！感谢商家款待。

酒店环境还可以，也就值这个价位，但是床上好多头发，晕，还有前台人员的态度太差，这点我必须要说一下，首先，进门了没人看你没人理你，还要主动询问，10.15日晚上五点多前台一男一女态度都很不好，尤其是前台女服务员一脸牛逼，好像欠她钱似的，跟她咨询也是牛逼的不行，态度很不好，最近出去玩了一个多星期，刚刚回到哈尔滨，在外面住了四五家酒店，这也是第一次遇到这样的前台工作人员，真给我们冰城丢人，再好的宾馆有这样的前台人员也是大打折扣，而且无法吸引客人来，至少我的朋友要来哈尔滨旅游我肯定不会推荐这里了，希望酒店可以严格培训工作人员，态度不好的那就是不适合这种服务业，既然不喜欢这个行业那就别干了，我们花钱入住不是为了看你的脸色的，真的很讨厌。
