酒店很不错，但是出现了一个插曲！我们在28号退房时，服务员查房时说我们把一个小勺磕掉了一点瓷，但是这个勺子我们并没有用过，离开地玖的后发现一件衬衫落在了酒店，但是服务员查房时并没有告知前台通知我们有一件衬衫遗落，所以只能是这个服务员没有查壁柜，工作出现纰漏。在我们自己发现丢失后询问酒店，被告知我们走后有其他人入住，但是也没有被通知有我们的东西，因为衬衫价格不菲，所以我几次打电话交涉，甚至是想联系在我们之后的客人，结果酒店某位经理告诉我说，没有人再住过那间房，让我自己再回去找找，前后矛盾让我都产生了疑问，但是经过推演后，衬衫确定就是在地玖丢失了，估计找回来的可能性很低。

房间真心好，特别舒适，一进房间就有音乐，就让人特别舒服，很喜欢，前台介绍说是金可儿的床垫，确实特别舒服，早餐吃的种类也特别多很有营养，以后有机会一定会经常来，非常满意的一次入住

房间很棒，天气很热，空调很凉爽，由于累不愿意下楼取东西，前台人员一个姓周的小伙子还特意给送到房间，服务真的很到位
