房间基本满意，老板人还不错，就是这酒店没有前台，拿钥匙或者其他的东西要到另一栋取。不可否认，比较整洁，房间较大，30平左右，而且还有灶具、油烟机、洗衣机。唯一问题就是楼下是铁路，30min左右过一趟火车，有点吵，但能接受，值得推荐

这不是什么酒店,就是一个居民楼地理式的公寓,卫生条件太差了,房间里有异味,冰箱用不了,打开冰箱臭气冲天,地理位置也不好,就有一点满意,房东的服务态度满意,我不推荐大家这家公寓。

第一次住这种公寓式酒店。二层还有餐厅，电梯还能遇见国际友人。就是有点旧了，适合情侣家庭啥的入住

一栋大厦不止一家酒店公寓，到了要打电话问清楚。公寓有点旧，但其他还可以啦。在海鲜批发市场上面，到松花江也比较近。

位置很好找，距离索菲亚大教堂只有两站地，房间面积比一般的快捷酒店大很多而且很干净。

老板很亲和。订这家酒店的时候因一些误会订单状态有过变更，后来已经确认。今天第一天入住，酒店老板亲自到大厅接待的我，并且很有礼貌的解释之前的误会。晚上9点钟不知是什么原因跳闸了，老板很快就过来把问题解决掉了。
酒店的设施和图片上的一致，房间布置的很舒适，也很清洁，网速挺快的，有种家的感觉。极力推荐！下次来哈尔滨我还会选择这家酒店！！

原来团购了禧龙酒店，但实在住得太憋屈，入住这个酒店式公寓很满意，宽敞干净还可以免费无线上网，我和家人都很满意。房主人也很好，
