这家之前常住，以后可能不会，冬天没有空调和暖气，特别冷，早上被冻醒，到店因飞机晚点，晚了点，前台几乎没有人了。服务态度很差。

酒店设施陈旧，电话也坏掉了，服务极差，房间里没热水，问服务员，告诉我说，连续放半个小时到40分钟就有热水了。这房间的价格还300多，真是骗人，艺龙网太让人失望了，在哈尔滨连续两天用艺龙客户端定的房间都与实际不符，太骗人了，以后不会用艺龙了
