酒店服务很周到，超级喜欢。环境很好，前台几个小姐姐和帅哥服务也很好，升级了客房。有问题也都帮解决了。位置绝佳，离西站和万达都很近，总之是很好了，下次去还会选择。另外提个要求：就是前台要是能有一两台共用电脑或者平板会更好些，个人意见啦

疫情期间，酒店管理和疫情防控做的都很好，房间整洁，用品都很干净，浴缸清洁也很到位，总体感觉很不错，出行首选

新酒店，位置很不错，离哈尔滨西站，万达广场，西城红场都很近，到哈尔滨除了工作在周边逛逛街也很不错，酒店大堂很有档次，服务员也很热情 ，尤其办入住时候的前台小姑娘很爱笑，早餐现在打包餐送到房间，很不错，营养又安全卫生，总之很满意的一次入住，下次还会选择这里。

现在疫情还没过去，出来住多少会有点担心，但是这家酒店的消毒工作真的很到位了，前台准备了免洗洗手液还有酒精，怕我不放心还带我一起去房间又用酒精消毒了一遍，又介绍了一下房间的设施设备，那个只能音箱也是很方便的，现在早餐虽然说还不可以堂食，但是送到房间的早餐也是种类齐全，走的时候还送给了我一个桔子的手偶，真的是一次非常满意的体验！

冬天空调不可控，设定温度较高，热的难受，只能开窗，但睡觉又不能开窗。加湿器作用较小难以降温，周围夜晚有点吵。环境、设备、服务都没有一点问题，很好。
