服务非常好，给人的感觉就是很热情。去酒店前会电话提前咨询怎么过去需不需要接什么的，送去机场的时候大早上6点钟就我一个人也安排人送，还提前电话让出发准备，所以很不错。早餐很普通，但是很好吃，就像自己家里的一样。
唯一的缺点就是这哈尔滨的空气太糟糕了，到处都是带着烧秸秆味道的霾。
