酒店位置不错，离几个景点的距离都很折中。
优点: 性价比高，设施不错，隔音效果好，前台史旭经理很好。
缺点: 前台一位小伙服务态度欠缺，客房服务不及时。
住三天两夜，第一天晚上洗澡水很凉，解释是用的人太多，热水烧不起来。第二天早上出门前要求帮忙扔掉垃圾，补充一下一次性的用品，到晚上回酒店依旧没更换，期间打了三次电话，1.1晚上日前台小哥解释” 没保洁人员，没房间”。过了半小时，晚上九点钟收了垃圾，补充了一次性用品。还有，房间内的洗头膏是用过的！希望重视！

运气很好，盲选了一家酒店，因为看到评分很高，我就直接定了，离中央大街八块钱的路程，算是比较近的，房间很干净，房内装修很大气，还配备了加湿器 空气净化器，化妆镜还是LED灯的，棒呆了！窗户是电动的，开门就自动打开，感觉很人性化，尤其是床品，软软的是我喜欢的.就是早餐没吃上，还有就是退房在12点钱，太早了.嗯..整体满意度很高了！

首先说一下房间的环境，一进门干净整洁，没有死角，很宽敞；再是房间的设备设施科技感十足，一进门电动窗帘自动敞开，卫生间与卧室的窗帘自动升降，卫生间干湿分离，还有自助早餐，种类很多，总之，非常满意，前台的服务特别好，尤其是前台的经理，真的给人一种遇到家人的感觉，每个星期都会来哈尔滨出差，终于选择到了一个各方面都非常满意的酒店
